So who are we?
Cheryl Williams has worked in the mortgage and finance industry since 1981 and brings a wealth of experience of more than 25 years. In 2005, Cheryl was labelled the ?Matriach of Mortgages? by the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia?s (now MFAA) national industry magazine. This could be attributed to the personal contributions she has made to the local community PLUS (one for the ladies) she was the first female in the finance industry to be made Area Manager in Cairns.
In 1997 (prior to the Cairns property boom of 2001) Cheryl opened up SMARTER MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS. Since then the company has flourished into a highly sought after firm, with most of our business coming from strong word-of-mouth referrals and repeat customers? Customer loyalty is very close to our heart and we will do everything in our power to make the loan process as easy and pain-free for our valued clients? As a locally-owned and operated firm we are always looking at ways to give back to our local community.

Robyn Stanley has had an extensive background in sales before landing a job with one of the ?BIG FOUR? banks in 1996.
